The Disaster Response Center is the core hub when the nation faces major disasters. Systems must remain stable, clear, and collaborative under extreme pressure. Tai Quan Technology participated in the National Fire Agency Disaster Response Center video integration project, designing for high reliability to create a command environment that meets real-world operational demands.
The scope included large LED/LCD video walls, multi-source matrix switching, video conferencing and remote connectivity integration, and synchronized display of GIS intelligence and surveillance feeds. Commanders and staff can monitor nationwide disaster conditions, resource dispatch, and inter-agency coordination within a unified view, avoiding decision delays caused by information silos.
We implemented redundant failover and modular architecture to reduce single-point failure risk, and completed stress testing and operational drills before acceptance. Tai Quan Technology brings extensive B2G critical infrastructure delivery experience, helping agencies balance schedule, quality, and compliance.
